Matthew Butch
Project Manager

 As a Project Manager, Mr. Butch is responsible for the planning, executing, and evaluation of projects in accordance with their predetermined timelines and budgets. He works seamlessly with engineers of all disciplines as well as the client to manage each project from initiation to closure. 
Brad Palmisiano, PE
Mechanical Engineer
Mr. Palmisiano excels at designing and modeling mechanical systems that integrate sustainable building practices. He has over 20 years’ experience engineering mechanical solutions for commercial, healthcare, higher education and public safety projects. As a manager, he leads teams of HVAC professionals and serves as a technical resource to younger professionals.
John Reese, PE, RCDD
Electrical Engineer
Mr. Reese has nearly 30 years of experience with extensive experience and a unique skill set with both power distribution and low-voltage systems. This includes UPS systems, power monitoring, lighting controls, fire alarm, voice and data networked systems, structured cabling, security, CCTV, card access, nurse call, sound, paging, intercom, CATV/MATV, educational video, personnel and asset tracking, A/V systems, and physiological monitoring.
Tom Brzuz, PE
Electrical Engineer
Mr. Brzuz has extensive experience designing for multiple housing, elementary and secondary educational facilities, colleges and universities, research facilities, commercial office buildings, healthcare facilities, performing arts centers, light industrial/warehouse buildings, various types of retail space design and exterior lighting design. With 40 years of experience, Mr. Brzuz has managed these projects from the program, schematic, design development, construction document and construction administration phases.
Linda Rumbaugh, PE, LEED AP
Mechanical & Plumbing Engineer
Mrs. Rumbaugh has eighteen years of experience designing mechanical systems. She is experienced in the design of energy models for LEED certification and has been a USGBC LEED Accredited Professional since 2009. She has worked extensively with contractors to resolve installation issues, coordinate field installation between multiple trades, and perform as the owners’ representative during construction.
Cyril (Skip) Fox, PE
Structural Department Manager
Mr. Fox leads the structural engineering team and leads design projects from concept through construction. He is responsible for developing structural construction documentation and calculations. He is experienced in specification and design of roof and floor framing, wind frames, columns, exterior cladding, bearing walls, foundations, retaining walls, and special design features from many materials, including wood, steel, masonry, and concrete. He is also skilled in computer modeling to develop designs of otherwise indefinable geometry.
