1717 Fifth Avenue is a six-story, 51-unit apartment building.  The project is in the city’s first EcoInnovation District of the Uptown neighborhood of Pittsburgh. McKim & Creed provided HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and electrical engineering services including emergency power and interior garage ventilation, and energy modeling.  In addition, McKim & Creed provided Construction Administration services.
