The Lumiere Building project includes a first floor lobby and restaurant as well as retail and seven levels of parking garage. This project includes 8 levels of condominiums and roof level gym. This project included 250,000 SF and was designed to be a LEED SILVER Certified building.  This project is a successful high-rise building design in downtown area of the City of Pittsburgh which presented many unique design challenges.
