This apartment complex includes 116 apartments on four floors with one parking level beneath. The first floor common area includes a fitness center, retail offices, and lobby areas. The second floor common areas includes a game room, kitchen, lounge / TV area, a meeting room and public restrooms. Additional areas include trash and recycling area and a bicycle storage area. An outdoor terrace is incorporated on top of the garage at the first floor of the residential building.
McKim & Creed staff provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing/fire protection services, which included MEP calculations, and preparation of an MEP narrative outlining systems and performance criteria for the purpose of soliciting design-build MEP construction proposals.
The project is LEED 3.0 Certified as a minimum. Current savings are 17% above the Baseline Design.
