The scope of this project was to combine three condominium spaces into one residence on the 16th floor of Three PNC. The 361 foot skyscraper is a mixed use high rise with office, hotel, and condominiums in downtown Pittsburgh. The project consisted of interior renovations from a shell space and includes three fireplaces. McKim & Creed has provided design services for many additional condo renovations throughout the building including: Pilla Residence 14A, Citrone Residence, 19A/20A, 20&21C, 20A.
