Forte Condominiums is a 6-story, 83,000 SF new construction building that contains 50 residential units, parking, and ground-level retail space in Pittsburgh’s strip district neighborhood. McKim & Creed Provided MEP/FP engineering, utility coordination, and Construction Administration for the project, along with customization of many of the units.
