The apartments consist of 172 stacked apartment units on five floors over a two-story podium with 147 underground parking spaces. Additional features include a clubroom, lobby, and fitness center. The Apartment complex will be made up of one-bedroom, studio, and two-bedroom living spaces, as well as a fitness center and bike shop.

The McKim & Creed team provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing/fire protection design services for new HVAC systems, including power, lighting, security, and data/telecom.
