Riverfront East is home to the corporate headquarters of Burns White LLC, a full service law firm. Known as the Burns White Center, the firm’s new HQ at 3 Crossings is a 110,000 SF building with four floors located along Railroad Street and the Allegheny River. Burns White is the sole tenant of the facility. For this project, our team provided shell and core design as well as fit-out for the Burns White interior. This project also included 100 spots for integral employee parking and on-site guest parking. The building is being built to accomplish +/- 94% factor for full floor use, accommodating USBGC LEED Silver standards. This is one of three major Oxford Development complexes for which McKim & Creed provided full MEP design services in the past 6 years. The architects for this project were WTW Architect and Gensler.
