McKim & Creed is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection services (MEP) on the new 85,000 SF Public Safety Simulation Complex building and the new 110,000 SF General Education Building #1 on the new Eastern Campus for WTCC. The projects are currently in the design development  and schematic phases respectively and are substantially complete with building programming and MEP system design concepts. McKim & Creed has been involved in numerous program coordination meetings with WTCC leadership staff for this new campus, including conducting workshops to review and plan campus MEP systems.  McKim & Creed also provided the geothermal test wells for the new Eastern Campus central energy plant and is providing commissioning services for the central energy plant. These projects are providing the beginnings of a dynamic campus environment for WTCC, and our team is a committed partner providing MEP solutions and planning for WTCC.
