McKim & Creed provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing/fire protection (MEP) engineering for this project. The design included full renovations to the existing 102,000 SF Tippin Gymnasium to include a basketball court, classrooms, offices, concession stands, AV rooms, training rooms and locker rooms. Four new separate 2-story additions were constructed: the new East Lobby facing the main campus, a Weight Room and Loading Dock, new Locker Rooms for the renovated natatorium, and an Auxiliary Gymnasium.
