McKim & Creed replaced the high pressure steam boiler with two 600 BHP steam boilers in this fast-paced project. This project also included utility hookups and design for a temporary boiler plant to maintain redundancy during construction as well as reconfiguration and replacement of DA tank, surge tank, and new controls. Phasing was coordinated to maintain redundancy and minimize hospital steam shutdowns.
