To address the local needs of the Ebensburg area, UPMC and Primary Health Network (PHN) partnered to build a new free-standing three-level Medical Office Building (MOB). McKim & Creed staff provided mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and structural engineering services to accommodate a new HVAC system, as well as building and site lighting, conduit and wiring for security, access systems, CCTV, and data/telecom systems.

McKim & Creed staff also provided construction support services consisting of review of shop drawings, answering RFIs, two intermediate inspections, and one punch list at the completion of the project.
