58,000 SF of the 100,000 SF warehouse was renovated for the relocation of ten plating lines for electronic components. The redesign involved installation of extensive exhaust and scrubber systems to capture fumes from the plating operations and release only clean air. The existing electrical service was reconfigured for support of the plating facility combined with other existing operational functions.

In addition to the plating lines, the renovation area houses two analysis and inspection  labs, a waste water treatment facility, process material storage areas and offices to support the line operations. The facility already has cafeteria, locker facilities, and a separate administrative area that can be used as-is for the new operations.
