The design of the 225,000 SF new facility included an operating facility with a production hall, warehouse, administration, sheltered delivery area and sheltered recoverable materials yard alongside several ancillary buildings. The project design also included planning for a future 90,000 SF phase two addition. Phase I consisted of the Shipping and Receiving and the Finish Goods Storage Area in the form of an ASRS or a manual storage area. Also included was coordination with a Site Civil team and Power Company for the relocation of existing overhead power lines and new power entry. The project achieved LEED Silver.
