Rob's environmental engineering expertise is rooted in water and wastewater design, land development and business consulting. His work history includes managing multi-million dollar projects, possessing a keen understanding of finance and operations, skillfully managing and mentoring project staff, and creating and maintaining successful working relationships with clients.

Mr. Boahn has been responsible for all aspects of project management, design, and construction administration of water and wastewater projects. Mr. Boahn has worked on a wide variety of projects including infrastructure master plans, pump stations, sewer force mains, gravity sewer systems, water distribution systems, and water and wastewater treatment plants. Mr. Boahn is experienced in projects involving state and federal funding programs including Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Economic Development Agency (EDA), United States Development Agency (USDA), Disaster Relief Initiative (DRI), State Revolving Fund (SRF), and State Revolving Loan (SRL). He is well-versed in permitting, bid and award procedures, and construction administration of water and wastewater utility projects throughout North Carolina.

As a regional manager with McKim & Creed, Mr. Paukovich leads municipal, federal, and industrial water and wastewater projects, specializing in wastewater collection and conveyance systems, water and reclaimed water distribution systems, wastewater lift stations, and water booster pumping stations. A proven leader and technical mentor, Mr. Paukovich consistently leads project teams to successful outcomes for his clients. Earlier in his career he worked as a wastewater treatment plant operator, which gives him unique perspectives in utility design, operations, and implementation. Mr. Paukovich is the Regional Manager of our local Wilmington Water Group.

Mr. Latino has more than 23 years of engineering experience in the water/wastewater field. He has been involved with water and wastewater utility studies, design, modeling and construction. Mr. Latino's specific project experience includes water main replacements, water system modeling, sanitary sewer evaluation services (SSES); infiltration and inflow studies; preliminary engineering studies; sanitary sewer lift station design, rehabilitation/replacement and condition assessments; and water, reclaimed water, and force main design, including the use of trenchless technology. He is the Regional Manager of McKim & Creed's Raleigh Water Group.

Mr. Holland has 25+ years of experience in treatment and process engineering. As both a licensed professional engineer and a licensed wastewater operator, he understands treatment from all perspectives, from design and implementation to operations and maintenance. Mr. Holland’s experience includes planning, design, permitting and construction phase services, and he specializes in optimizing wastewater operations to improve performance, leverage resources and conserve energy.

Nick is a professional engineer in NC and SC with over 15 years experience specializing in water and wastewater planning, design, construction and management projects. His core career experience has focused on characterizing wet weather impacts to collection systems and renewing these systems to meet future needs. Nick has also used his passion to apply technology to engineering problems on a range of asset management, risk assessment, hydraulic/hydrologic modeling and mobile GIS projects.

Ms. Hyman has over 20 years of engineering experience covering a broad spectrum on projects within the water/wastewater industry. Most recently her experience has focused on water distribution and transmission and wastewater collection and conveyance projects. Ms. Hymans specific project experience includes route evaluation, utility coordination, water and sewer replacements and relocations, elevated tank design, sanitary sewer lift station and force main design as well as trenchless and rehabilitation technologies. Dee is recognized for her technical ability in identifying and overcoming route challenges within congested, urban corridors as well as her ability to develop relocation options that avoid constructability and operational issues. Dee prides herself on prompt and thorough responsiveness throughout the life of a project including identifying and resolving or mitigating any unforeseen challenges that may arise. Dee is a Senior Project Manager with McKim & Creed’s Raleigh Water Group.

Mr. Fisher has 28 years of engineering experience in a wide variety of water distribution and transmission and wastewater collection and conveyance projects. Mr. Fisher’s specific experience includes utility coordination; water and sewer replacements; water and sewer relocations; water and sewer system modeling; sanitary sewer evaluation services (SSES) and pipeline and force main condition assessments; inflow and infiltration studies; sanitary sewer lift station and force main design; and trenchless and rehabilitation technologies. Mark’s focus on client services enables him to successfully manage on-call projects and client relationships of various sizes and complexities. His attention to project scoping, planning, challenges, quality control and understanding the client’s objectives and expectations have been instrumental in delivering successful projects. Mark also understands the importance of a well-rounded and highly skilled project team to tackle the project objectives. He remains engaged with the team to support them on critical technical decisions. He understands the importance of communication, responsiveness, flexibility, and timely execution of various project assignments. He is a Senior Project Manager of McKim & Creed’s Raleigh Water Group and focused in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Mr. Trammel specializes in water distribution system, wastewater collection system, and water/wastewater treatment design, permitting, and construction administration. Mr. Trammel has contributed to and lead a wide variety of Charlotte Water projects including water and sewer street main extension projects, large diameter gravity sewers, lift station improvements, and various treatment facility evaluations and improvements. His experience and familiarity with Charlotte Water's design standards, procedures, and staff will ensure consistent adherence to Charlotte Water's design and construction standards. Mr. Trammel is also experienced in working with NCDOT, CDOT for Utility Right-of-Way Use Permits, NCDEQ for water and wastewater system extensions, NCDEQ E&SC, CSX, and Norfolk-Southern to ensure all permitting requirements are met for water and sewer street main projects.
