Currently, Ann holds the position of Regional Business Development Director at McKim & Creed, a leading company in the A/E/C industry. In this capacity, she plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization's future by driving growth and strategic development. Her responsibilities encompass a wide range of critical tasks, including strategic planning, relationship building, and market expansion.

Mr. Daves has 23+ years of experience and has completed professional assignments in project management and mechanical design for many educational, commercial, institutional and industrial clients, along with state and local governments. Mr. Daves is an Association of Energy Engineers Certified Building Commissioning Professional, as well as a LEED Accredited design professional.

Armand is a seasoned professional in the construction industry who holds a bachelor’s degree in Management from Mount Union College. After joining Rycon Construction in 2015, he advanced his career from Project Manager to Senior Project Manager to Director of Special Projects. In his current role as Project Executive, Armand leads Rycon's Cannabis Division, overseeing projects from design and permitting through construction and closeout. Through renovations and new builds, Armand has completed 30+ cultivation facilities and dispensaries, totaling over $75M in construction value.

Reid has been in the construction industry for a decade. His journey at Rycon Construction began in 2018 as an Assistant Project Manager, following his role as a Project Engineer at a previous employer. Over time, Reid transitioned to Business Development Manager within Rycon’s Pittsburgh office and most recently as Account Executive of New Business. Reid’s primary responsibility is to be a customer resource and relationship manager to provide clients with optimal solutions for project feasibility and success. Reid is a University of Cincinnati graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
