McKim & Creed has supported Mary Washington Hospital

with critical infrastructure upgrades that have enhanced

patient care, safety and system reliability. Our work includes

a third‑floor NICU renovation, which delivered 18 private

NICU rooms, four airborne infection isolation rooms with

anterooms, five patient ward rooms, and associated clinical

and support spaces, along with replacement of the existing

air handling unit and renovation of electrical rooms. We

also provided services for upgrades to AHU-13, completing

schematic design to improve system performance and

support the hospital’s long‑term operational needs.
